Basically no fast food, no restaurant food, practically nothing that comes in a box or that has been processed.

 

They even put it in sour cream now. It's infuriating trying to shop and have things like sour cream have MSG in them...

 

Now why in the world does sour cream need MSG?!? To taste better? Really? 

 

Once you realize what's going on, MSG is the tip of the iceberg.

 

Does your wife drink diet soda, or anything with aspartame?
