Here's that sweep removal. Pretty confident between torching, half peeling and crease touch ups this way would be quicker. If you like your way though keto on keeping on.

I admit I was against pulling sweeps, I like the challenge of tucking. I started pulling sweeps about 2 years ago and found that I get the cleanest install with little to no touch up after. It does takes some getting used to, but once you get into it you pretty much want to pull the sweeps on everything, lol. I have a shank in my pouch for days I meant the challenge ????????

Exactly, I'm at about the same time frame. Took some getting used to. I still half peel on occasion but it's not to often.

i remove about 70% of door seals . Some are a pain but you get a cleaner job and easier for the lesser experienced workers .

Yep, remove the screw behind the door handle and pop the top of the panel back, seal will pull right out. That's the only way to do them in my book, done tons of them. Really an easy car once you pull the seals.
