What going on with the nonsense messages!

I keep getting emails of Chinese writing what's going on with that ?

A spammer registered and posted a bunch of times. Sorry about that, sometimes they get through. 

 

You probably got emails because you chose to be notified by email when a new thread is posted in some section.

I wish you had a small fee to view this site for serious Tinter's. Would that help keep that out?

We have been dealing with spammers since the internet began, it's just an unfortunate part of the beast. We have a good handle on it and they rarely get through. I apologize for not stopping the spammer sooner.

 

If anyone sees spam, or a strange post, please click "Report Post" right above it and that will notify me, my wife and Roach, odds are one of us will be along very soon to take care of it.

Yeah, we're pretty quick, depending on the time of day. Being on the best coast (  ) I can catch early morning stuff... .then once everyone else is awake the team is working tirelessly to keep things in check.
