if you use the blow torch on a cold window you wont have to worry about removing the tint.  You will have to just tint the new back glass.  Bagging the back glass is much much safer.

I've been using a black trash bag and 409 for years. But another tinter I met recently, brought me a gallon of that "Tint Off" stuff. So far I've done 4-5 with that and it's come off every time with very little or no glue. I haven't been using it long enough to say it's better, I could be on one of those lucky streaks where everything you touch comes out great. So far I like it though
