I recently tried Dawn Simply Clean Not Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid, slips like crazy i actually have to use less than normal.

Just beware of adhesive failure in the future. :nervous

Dawn or any dishwashing soap, is designed to break down chemicals and will cause premature adhesive failure. :twocents   It is destructive, just like ammonia

I'm sure someone like @smartie2shoes or one of the other gurus of the industry can answer that.

I am going off what I have been told by professionals in the business,,,,,,,,,

and COMMON SENSE :yep  Logic would dictate that anything that breaks down grease, grime and oil has got to be caustic and destructive to adhesives.

I think whatever slip you use as long as you squeegee it out very well you'll be ok.

3M and a few other brands are ok with dishwasher liquid for quite some time, I hear a lot of what people heard about what's good and bad, but I wish I could find a good written study about it -

I have one bottle of Dawn 4X for cleaning the glass, then a bottle of Joy Non Ultra for the slip, but lately I'm liking the Dawn Simple Clean Not Concentrated for slip. I've never used Dawn before, which version of Dawn is everyone using? The Ultra?
