Don't you hate when people remove their own tint!

With the consideration of older vehicles some customers I ask them, does the vehicle have any old film. if yes then they would need to come in for a quote as I would need to inspect it first. Even if they cleaned it first I tell them it needs to be done to our standard especially when re-tinting.

Tsh, definitely. So much glue and everything! I usually take it off with a steamer, you get little to no glue. But when they tear it off, its awful!

If a car is more than 8-10 years old I assume  it  may have been tinted at one time even if they say there is no old tint on it, I then  tell them I need it about an hour longer then I say i need a newer vehicle and  tell them it will cost X amount of $$$$ as long as there is no  old tint or adhesive that has to bee removed. I look it over carefully before I pull it in and if there is old glue left on it  I charge them extra if they don't want to pay I sent them down the roadd.

People do t understand soap and water does nothing to damage their armoral covered panels. Put that shit on again....problem solved.

i hate that stuff and after the years involved, I respray the panels if I see streaks. Hope this helps
