ok when you guys say pull the felts off, you mean the weatherstripping that goes up the front, back and top edges??? you just pull them off the door?? doesn't the glass 'flop' around in the opening??? just curious...thanks.

yeah you can pull that whole piece out that goes from the long side, up around the top and down by the mirror, the ones I have done the glass moves some but not enough to hinder anything.

the trim around the windows does not come off on the new 2003 models,,,ahhh the end of a once good thing...

hey does the door panel need to be taken off first? how many pieces do I need to pry out before taking the lint piece off?

panel needs not to come off....just pull back the top part,remove the plastic peice that gows around the perimerer of the door, then pull out the felt gasket :lol

What a CRAP car the Taurus is, we call them Lizards (blue tongue) cause they look the same front and back!!! "Is that lizard reversing????"

for one I dont think fords suck but thats another war. what gen taurus are u guys talking bout? has anyone done a gen 2 taurus mainly the rear window? ive done the rest but the rear I have not. ive heard to use one big piece where can I get a peice big enough for that? the film I have is not wide enough. any tips on doing the year is appreciated thanks.
