It's called first citizens, pretty large branch here but I think just North and South Carolina. Have had a bunch of other issues as well with them.

It's so damn bad there. I opened a savings account for my business for sales tax. Deposited 40 to open it. I went in four times over the course of a year to find out why it wasn't showing up and they kept giving me the run-around. This last time they said oh here it is and the account is at zero due to fees.
