I need to buy a Media Set Lever for my Graphtec Cutting Pro FC2100-120 vinyl plotter.  I am having a hard time finding one.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

That thing is junk...have 2 and they don’t last...maybe because we do a lot of ppf..get vapor chief steamer....cost around $600-$1100 but is the top dog

I am actually really glad i posted this. The responses have given me a new outlook.  I just blow it off now. I had a young guy call me boss about 5 times in a short conversation the other day. I was all I could do to not start laughing. He was a really nice kid though. I'm just going to start responding with " hey Tiger" haha  J/K

Looking for some feed back. I am 41 years old. Have owned my own shop for most my adult life. We have what I think is a nice retail shop. We have a good name in our area, work on a our share of higher end cars. For the longest time, and now seeming to become more prevalent in the last 5-8 years I am getting the " Hey Boss or Hey buddy" even a "big guy" now and then. We have a huge amount of younger guys(18-25yo) that do the summer sales stuff that are like this. Couple that with a very arrogant attitude. Mostly Vivint since it is headquartered in our area. I find it to be very patronizing. It drives me out of my mind. Probably more then it should. My wife thinks I am overreacting. Does this happen to you guys? Does it piss you off? I hold my tongue for customer service sake, but I become short with these customer.What say you?

There is a lot of great film companies out there. Think about it. How many customers say I want LLumar tint. I’d say 2/10 customers max

thanks for making this a short thread, it takes years to build a strong high end tint client base. but the CR tech film does help speed the process. keep in mind if all the TESLA owners knew how much the CR was your selling all the other dealers will have to lower the prices by 50%. they read Tintdude. lol

I would never talk about pay with anyone! Money separates people. For the love of money is the root of all evil. I say stop flying around like a bee going from flower to flower so to speak. Getting info from people for pay scale. If I was the owner I would start the pay scale small them maybe pay more with experience. The bad thing about this industry and others is that owner's try to trick employee's with the money to hold them down never to grow. what ya'll think?

I was just wondering what is a resonable commison percentage of a tinter. Iam at a high volume FORMULA ONE shop and was just wondering if was getting screwed or not. I am starting off at 20% of the total daily tickets.. Feed back please
