Does that film contain carbon material ??

I told them we only install the film we carry and they got online and gave me a 1 star google review...  

The Tint is a solid sheet of colored film.  It will not change darkness during the drying process.  
 
The outside appearance or as or as I call 'sheen' of the film will change a touch as the install moisture evaporates.  The 'sheen' is more noticeable to me on overcast days as that seems to bring out a touch of reflective ness on the glass.  But to answer your question no, the darkness or 'shade' of the film will not change.
 
what is the year make and model of the vehicle ? A few mannys have changed their factory privacy glsss to lighter shades than they have historically produced...  perhaps your installed installed a darker film assuming they were still the same darker factory glass ?

Always seemed like a waste to me (except for custom front strips).  
 
It's like paying for college twice.  You already know how, yet you pay someone so you don't have to.  

If I were to suggest replacing Suntek with something I would suggest you look at Global QDP film. I feel it overcomes all the shortcomings of the st carbon.  

F150 rear slider. Idk what year but it was only my 12th car tinting back when I just started. I prob had to re-do it 6 times. This F150 is the reason why I wanted to go to Stans training. Now. I can do it in one try and I just use puffy paint on the gaps.

A guy on one of the fb groups posted a video of one. There does seem to be much locking the squeegee blade into the channel and he was pointing out how easily the blade can come out of the channel.. Especially on longer versions.

So have you used it on the dot matrix with window film ??
