So, i I'm reading this right, (and I don't know what the point of posting it here is) a fellow has a warranty claim and is referred to the proper channels and it's some kind of major issue?

You just answered Your own question. The lowest price usually denotes one of two things. Inferior film, or an inexperienced installer. If You got really bad luck you'll get both for that low, low price. Good luck to You.

Do it through a reputable dealer who has a good track record and pick something other than the Maxpro. Any differences in the film between Johnson and 3M will be slight and almost unnoticeable to a consumer, outside of the cost. Both brands have competitive warranties so any problems in the future it would likely be handled. 
 
Professionals tend to nitpick (which is good) when it comes to these slight differences but in the end you have three good choices in your line-up there and buyer's remorse is unlikely, unless installed incorrectly. Pay good money for the install.....not so much the brand or line.

yeah things are really going to be crazy this summer on top of the normal workload that I do we have picked up an account to do an extra 80 cars a month

This bad boy is still hanging in there..... Going for a new personal record of over a year old now. Never been dropped and always a big long yellow visual reminder when pulling the car in/out if the gun is stored or not.

I recently took some parts from another tank to make my large tank handle two sprayers. My tank had three openings in the top. Where most tanks only have 2. 1 gas and 1 liquid. You can take the liquid head and dip tube from another tank and put it in the gas side of a tank. This will let you run two sprayers off of the same tank.

It's up to us as professionals to educate the idiots. I would've tried to sell that person on the benefits of clear on the entire windshield and then explained that the lower strip is illegal.
Customers aren't always right, but a lot are *right now* as in "either do it right now or I'll go somewhere else". I send those custys right on down the road to the neighborhood hack shop.

It is my first time installing wrap material... There is definitely a learning curve

I will post a couple this wkend. I painted the plastic fender flakes instead of trying to wrap them. It is not back together yet

Neat film, not crazy about the open top though, looks kinda strange.
