Performance-wise on the heat lamp it is closest to 3M CS Carbon.  Both CS and IRFX is a touch under Llumar CTX on the heat lamp, but extremely close.  That is great since it is half the price of CTX.

That was a misprint by Tint Slime. They recommend 1oz per gallon of the Orange Ultra series.

It's true. The teflon tape softens every edge of the card, and makes it impossible to set creases, hide specks. I usually have 2 cards. 1 with teflon, and an extra one without the tape to jam under my cuticle, or finger nail when I reach in to my pockets. Oh and to use on creases.

I like this tool a lot, but get knicks very easy compared to the eazy reach. They should make them like the teflon hard cards.

Tint Slayer got a reaction from quality tintz in How long does it take to learn bottom loading from top loading???
FYI - I measured one pump out of a few bottles like that and they're all around 2 mls per pump. So you're at around 10 mls with 5 squirts if it follows that 2 mls rule, i use the same amount. I've been flip flopping between Dawn and Joy (both not concentrated). They're both made by P&G, i wonder how similar their ingredients are, though Dawn is hands down the more slippery of the 2.

never tried it.  was happy to just have a cure.  could dilute it if needed or I have added some to slip before I used ultra-bond for slip.  good for michigan winters for fast cure.

I am still using "pro-bond" adhesion promoter to wipe the dots and have excellent results.  I buy it from Fellers.

I clean the back window with sprayway and 0000 steel wool then squeegee it off.  Fold a 1/2 paper towel down to make an applicator for the pro-bond.  Wipe the side dots then open it up a bit wider and wipe the top dot area.

Have only had a couple complaints ever since I started using this over 15 years ago.  I don't do many hondas.....
