Tried quoting tintdude on shop congrats but meh...  throw some finished jobs on the wall.  Or a screen that does nothing but roll shots of them ....before, during, and finished. At least an example of auto commercial and residential. @jh812 highlighting the extra steps you're taking to do the job right... I almost sounded like a professional just then.....  wtf ? Will Ferrell old school ..... ( I don't know what happened I just blacked out)

If the side swiper attaches like that then the stroke doctor should attach as well I would think. Their blades are very similar if not identical.

Also, I’ve found for some xtra length.
the white side swiper handle will attach perfectly to the Reach! Gives you another 4 in or so, and when you’re done you can take them apart. So far it’s gotten me out of a few jams with hard to reach places.
The great part is you can attach and remove easily, so when you’re done with one side, just move the handle around so you can do the other side.

If you are serious, there are manufacturers that offer training coarses. You could take an entry level position at a high volume shop. Every car is different, and should be tinted accordingly. Starting out tinting on your own, (with 0 experience) there is really no way for you to even gauge the quality of your work. Just because “the customer didn’t come back and complain “
does not mean that the job was of good quality.

"The Reach" from Tri Edge is about an inch and a half longer than the bulldozer, might be worth a shot

Sry man, I used to have a res/com tinting business. It’s tough being the small guy and although I’m sure that rep feels bad about the mess up, there is no real way for him to make it right. Unless he were to put the film in his car and drive it straight to you. Been there, on several occasions, I’ve made a 4-6 hr drive to make up for these kind of mess ups. Hopefully everything will work out with your custy’s.

I used to use my slip solution for cleaner for years, now I use a separate cleaning bottle for cleaning with dawn dish soap and alcohol mixed, I also razor every window except rear. Seams like every time I try to just use a scrub pad there is always something left behind

What do you clean defroster windows with?   I personally use sprayway and 0000 steel wool for them.  I use a blue scotch pad for all other windows with sprayway.

Would usinig a "glass cleaner" help if you are scraping with a blade?  It might but probably not much.  I would bet you could save time if you cleaned with a scrub pad and glass cleaner and also save on blade cost but still get the clean results you do.

Most of us have switched from dish soap.   I still use film on but many use tint slime and now fusion has theirs.

I honestly don't know if it would or not. I don't blade many vehicles, I use the gator blade so I think it's beneficial for me. Hell I don't know how much difference it makes with me either but I like it  if I run out of sprayway I do use a mix of dawn dirt off and water. Downside to that is having to the a zep bottle.

I would probably just ask the tinter if he would mind just doing a “touch up”.
He can most likely make the areas of concern look better after a couple days of drying. When these first came out, I saw most of them tinted with the same gap in the 1/4 window. I personally cover the whole thing, but also charge $200 for a wholesale tint job. A retail car such as yours is double what you paid. That being said, it’s not even close to the worst work I see around my city! Whatever doesn’t dry out, just ask him to touch it up and you should be good.

Most likely, he is asking for 25% because he read that is the legal limit where he lives. That is a reading after the film is installed, so to account for the light that the glass blocks by itself you need a lighter shade (35%). Once installed, it will read around 27-28%, depending on the glass in the car.
PS.  Please do not try that car on your first job. You might never try tinting again.
