i never even considered it until a buddy who's a bigtime hunter suggested i eat it. he said it's about the best tasting thing on the deer. he was dayamn close to right.

Don't forget the tongue; Mmmmmmmmmm!!! Tongue, heart , and backstrap are the tenderest . I had a lengua (sp.?) sesos (brain) burrito that was incredible.
