Fed up with my film company

Sounds like a time for some "self-insurance" set up. The manufactures covering any warranty can be a challenge. Just put back a percent on each job in an account and keep a certain amount in there for "justin" Justin Case that is....

I don't even worry about my customers coming to me for glass breakage. I have only seen two windows ever break after I had put film on. One was a 48 wide and 95 tall window that got some physical shock from wind pretty soon after I done it. His homeowners insurance, I think, covered the glass and I re-tinted it for free.... The other was a 72 x 108 plate glass in a 100 year old building. It was likely the framing, wind, and all caused that one. Customer called me to re-tint it. Her insurance paid for it all.

Been with Llumar Vista and Huper Optik for some time now.

Not many issues with glass breakage, but when I have, they both have been very quick to handle.

No complaints.

Damage to glass because of window tinting is very rare. Many manufacturer's are dropping the absorption rate from thier spec cards because they are bolstering the heat rejection by increasing the absorption. Be aware and be careful.

Good Luck to you.
