Feel good moment

Had a quote on some flat glass the other day and won the job. But the feel good part was getting it over the big guys..... Cust actually said tint professor and other big companies gave him too much of a run around and was a hassle to deal with being passed from person to person, a couple couldn't even be bothered going and actually measuring up the windows, rather giving an estimate on rough sizes???

He liked my personal approach and customer service!

Mate, that seems to be the case with all my jobs. Even auto. I call people soon as I get the enquiry. Introduce myself and then email a quote and info. Week later no response so I call them n they say nobody else has even gotten back to em...? Far as Fg jobs go, the last guy even told me to come round for Xmas? Because he loved my professionalism and courtesy to make him feel valued. Nearly always get a referral for this and the referral NEVER haggles on price either..... I know what ur feelin mate! Love it
