You guys are "outta control" very funny.

If the concern is signal blockage, a vapor deposited light density aluminum film should not present any problems with signals.  It's the sputtered films and higher density deposition that will start giving you problems.  On the downside, once you start lowering the VLT, the VLR goes up which is a problem (unless you like the car in Mike's picture).

Something around 68-70% VLT seems to be the "sweet spot".  You can achieve a TSER of 36% with a film that will never fade or discolor.

The first shipment of the EWF Gen 2 LDA70 is aboard the cargo ship CMA CGM Kingfish, which (as of 30 mins ago) is moored in a port in the Mediterranean.  It will sail thru the straits of Gibraltar and arrive in the Port Of New York on September 30th.  We should have it in Danbury around October 9-10 and in Placentia around the 15th - 16th.  I think we should do a raffle and give away 10 sample rolls so you guys can get it on some windshields and post some feedback.
