The Legality War!!

Recommended Posts

Come on guys. Let's try to have a good debate on the legal/illegal tint discussion. No name calling. Let's actually try to debate this topic without getting personal. PLEASE!!!

I personally think it's up to the customer to make the final choice.

No it's not up to the customer. It's up to what your state legislator has put into law, and up to you to inform your customer as such. If you apply illegal film , I believe you are liable and could be held as such should the worst happen.

So you are saying that a cashier at the store that sold whatever item was used illegally is liable for selling that item, because someone chose to purchase that item and use it illegally.

I'm saying that if you install. Illegal film on someone's car, you are as guilty as they are.

I'm no shop owner but I believe its ultimately up to the customer. We can do our best to explain the risks, but they get what they want.

So it's ultimatly the addicts choice to do drugs and the dealer has absolutly no liability. .. No tint is not drugs but you simply can not and should not pick and choose what laws pertain to you, or what ones you think you should follow. Far far to many newbies as well as old dogs in this business are fly buy night operations and have no regard for what is legal in our industry. By breaking the laws, all it does is create a larger problem for legitimate owners and cause authorities to impose more restrictive tint laws in the future. This will be my last post on this topic because all this is going to turn into is " if that's what they want I give it to them" or " if I don't do it someone else will".
