Charge accordingly. I always warn mine that if I have to move any of that shit it costs extra at my hourly rate. They like to use half-cages around here so rear windows are practically impossible with them in. Now I get them before they go into service and before all that crap gets put in.

Yeah, If I get them before the lights go in, they usually scratch something and I have to redo it anyway.  Luckily, I don't see many cages around here due to the normal patrol vehicles being SUV's of some sort. :whew
