That reminds me of about 30 years ago, working at a car wash, and a customer brought in a Monte Carlo with purple tint that he wanted taken off and the defroster saved.  It came off in 1/4" pieces no matter what we did!  Took 2 of us all day to get that crap off.

This is exactly right.  I had a competitor in my shop the other day complaining about how all he ever gets to tint is crap jobs.  He has the lowest prices in the city. I told him how to fix it...but I doubt he will listen.

People really getting pissed about this little joke?  Yes the service is called ground, but realty it is a ground/air combo to get the package there.  Hence the joke about it being shipped "ground" when it will require sea or air to actually get to the island.  If you can't take jokes than probably need to disconnect your internet.  

I don't feel stupid about anything man. I still find it comical and guarantee you say yeah I'm getting ground shipping to Hawaii anyone is going to laugh.

Ugh....so sorry to hear this news. Thankfully, you and yours are safe.  Kind of puts everything into perspective...we all have "stuff" that we can get attached to, having the ones we love is really what it's all about.  Hope things turn out well with the insurance.
