tint guy got a reaction from Bham in 2016 Dodge Charger Rear Window mess
I have done quite a few chargers and the prep on the back glass seems to be key to getting film to lay nice on those defrosters. With that being said there isn’t much you can do for how your window is other than redo it, but that is no guarantee it will look better, plus the chance of damaging the defroster is likely and it looks like you have a nice job done on yours.

tint guy reacted to jh812 in Llumar atc
I bought into it a couple years ago and felt the same. Thin, doesn't plot well, and several reported failures with it. No thanks I'll stick with global.

tint guy got a reaction from OverLord in Llumar atc
All I can say is that after using many brands of film being a subcontractor for 3 shops, that Llumar is my least favorite film that I use. For the cost of the film and the almost non existing scratch coating, this film is way overrated imo. I do like their ctx line but that too has a pretty soft scratch coating. What’s others opinions?

tint guy reacted to Tint Slayer in Facebook Groups
Been out of the FB groups for a bit. Seems like if you make a high quality video people think you're a guru.
Have an opinion of your own in reply to a question in the groups? Hahahaha
Have a technique you've used for decades and mention it? Hahahaha
Any idiot can start a group and they'll get followers. In the end the trolls always take over and destroy the groups.
That aside i've lost count of how many of my friends have split up in their personal life over something FB related. It's more like anti-social media.

tint guy got a reaction from Tint Slayer in Using cleaning and a slip solution???
I used to use my slip solution for cleaner for years, now I use a separate cleaning bottle for cleaning with dawn dish soap and alcohol mixed, I also razor every window except rear. Seams like every time I try to just use a scrub pad there is always something left behind
