By now the side panels are going to be pretty crusty.

Don't give it away for sure, price it high enough to make it worthwhile.

I'm going to stop by his house and look to see how "dirty"it is..he only lives about a mile from me. Like you said TD, I'll overprice it and see if he goes for it. I really hate turning anything away..

Think of that car as roadkilll and you have to decide what part if the tint food chain journey your on:

Not skilled enough yet to do it.

Need to conquer it because you need the challenge

Need the money because things are slow

A money loser because of the easier work you'll lose in it place so leave it for someone else

I price them high and hope they keep shopping. And I always like to have some help around to heat the bottom corners while I push them down.
