If it makes you feel any better, I had a late night and ended it with breaking a windshield. Ford mirror. I usually leave them on, but this one felt loose. I barely pulled on it and crack! At least it keeps it interesting. Cant win every day.

Lol yeah i learned my lesson on that one. Luckily i wasn't the one with the paint can opener in my hand. If i can't split it it ain't happening.

Customer: I had my 4 door  car tinted about 3 1/2 years ago and now I have a drivers window that was broken and I need you to tint it to match the rest of the car.  

 

Me:  I'm sorry I can't match film that old perfectly but I will get as close as I can.  

Custy:  Okay, that's fine.  Give it a shot.

 

After 2 days....

 

Custy:  It doesn't match perfectly, and is really  bothering me, so can you also retint the passenger window so it will match and I won't notice the difference??  

 

Me:    Uhm. won't the film on the front door be different than the back, and therefore easier to see the difference from the drivers seat  

 

Custy:  OhYeah. I guess so.. so what do I do?? 

 

Me:  If you are going to be that picky about it, just let me redo all the doors so they will all match.  

 

Custy:  But now the other 3 doors won't match the one you just fixed ??

I had a custy thay had a 15 passenger amish hauler van back to tell me, " I was inside looking with a flashlight and your cut doesn't look factory, it's wavy and not straight", I ask Are there any light gaps?... his response, "well no but y I u can tell it wasn't tinted from the factory"
