Any chance you'd be in a position to buy it if it goes on the market?

 

Not at all... It's a duplex, so I'd have to fix the upstairs and rent it out myself and then have to deal with the crap from the city.  Not something I am even remotely interested in doing.

 

Aside from those issues, the place is nice. Good size yard.. the downstairs that I'm in is a good size - not super big, but enough for me. The upstairs is the 2nd and 3rd floors, so it's also a good size for a family. The street I'm on isn't super busy and the neighborhood is decent.

 

For someone who wants a rental property to buy, I think this is a good pick. Which also concerns me that it will sell rather quickly. lol 

 

But that's life in the big city I guess.  :unsure:
