Warning E300s electrical

I do quite a few E and C class. The CLA has the same issue. I am thinking it's a all Mercedes thing. What I have been doing with good luck is squeegeeing the first pass out with a hard card and paper towel to soak up water as it is pushed out. For cleaning I scrubby the glass with foam glass cleaner and just squeegee that for my final clean. Lightly mist the glass before install.

So... Have they fixed this issue in the 2020s yet?  I was getting ready to tint one and saw this warning on ComputerCut and came here. All of these posts are on older E class models specifically 2018 and older. 

 

So, have they (Mercedes) fixed this issue yet? If not how are you guys doing these cars? There has to be a way to do them

this kind of reminds of the audi s4's from like 10 years ago.  tinters were frying modules left and right.

I did a 2020 E class this past week. No problems with the key fob. But I did disassemble the trunk a bit to cover the electronics behind the walls. Overall easy car.

Just tinted a 2020 E class and had this same issue. Had to manually put the key fob in the holder for it to start. The customer seemed ok after I explained what was going on. I've been tinting these for years and never had any issues, till this morning.
