Yeah. Ultimately I want to move... but I'd rather stay here for a little while longer if possible. Plus it's easier to stay then to pack and move. lol

Of course, on the plus side... I'm hoping that whomever buys the place, if I can stay, they will allow me to have a dog.

Working in a house today for a contractor and I swear I feel like the dude is gonna stiff me. Hopefully I'm won't but we'll see. Still haven't been paid for the yacht so it seems to be a trend

I don't really want to buy it, even if I was in a position to be able to do that. I like it well enough, but it would need a lot of work, plus I don't really want to be a landlord.
