Then Microsoft is the way to go. That's the last sim I was using, last I heard they were shutting it down to new sign ups. I guess they are back with Sim X. This is the first I've heard of it. :lol

 

Microsoft "Flight" was great for small planes and the scenery was nice. Then they had Hawaii and Alaska maps.

 

"Flight" was nice as there wasn't much you had to do to get scenery and planes aside from purchasing them. The other flight sims are a little more technical and they have scenery and planes that are developed by them and other 3rd parties, so there is way more variety available on platforms like x-plane. World wide scenery (which you have to buy and install) as opposed to just 2 locations and a handful of planes.

The graphics were great on x-plane 9, they are up to 11 now so I bet it's pretty sweet. Great for big planes and long trips. 

 

"Flight" was definitely more about yanking and banking. :yep  Loved it.
