whitehog got a reaction from TintDude in SolarFX Review
Short story, there was not a film failure. IRFX Series Nano-Ceramic Film was installed last week 10/7/2019. He was not happy with the installation. 5% all around the vehicle on a 2005 Scion XB. Said it was a poor install. Bubbles in the film, 1 week later. Says that this is a SolarFX Warranty issue. Wants us to refund him. Told him this is not a manufacturers defect to go back to dealer.

whitehog got a reaction from Tint Slayer in Dragon Distributing
Dragon Distributing is not just a 40 year old Car Audio/Mobile Video distributor. We are also a Window Film distributor and Tint Tools distributor that is conveniently located in Kansas City, MO. We are a 2 day ship to over 70% of the United States and 3 day ship to the rest. There are a couple very small areas that are 4 days, but does anyone really live in those remote areas?? LOL
Give us a call, check us out, we are here to serve your Tinting and Mobile Electronics needs!!

Yeah, we designed it to come in at 62% IR rejection to compete against the Korean Carbon Films. We feel that it is a much better platform than the Carbon Films.

Actually the IRFX is a nano-ceramic film. We just call it IR film to not confuse the FXtreme2.

whitehog reacted to Sunbreakers in Where do you buy film
Whitehog sells solar FX, as seen in his avatar, and Global. Both are wonderful films and good to use as a transition to what you would use for mainstream business. I highly recommend them.

You get what you pay for. Cheap stuff is always good to learn on, but do yourself and the rest of us a favor and use name brand quality stuff for the public. The warranty is only as good as the dealer/distributor network. If your "friend" stops selling it is there another distributor? Solar guard and Suntek have their own horror stories though some have good experiences with them. You might try solar FX or Express window films. They are good products and known to last. You don't see or hear anything bad about those two. Plus the distributors are great folks. @whitehog sells solar fx. Hope this helps.
