  1. for the most part i always cover those quarter windows all the way, it is a little more advanced because the trim is right up against the glass,  with the proper tools and patients and could have been done.

As for the small dots from the photos it looks like some dust here and there. It is difficult to eliminate 100%, a couple here and there is generally ok but if its excessive then it should be redone.

install it properly and you won't have peeling issues. Do you top load film or remove seals and bottom load it?

Yes I agree, for the most part peeling doesn't mean it's an adhesive failure, it can be a bad edge catching on the seal or damaged edge during installation when tucking ect. Removing the seals and bottom loading usually gets rid of the peeling issues.

Not saying that your installation and install method is the problem but there is a chance it could be.

Where that is true that most paint jobs have imperfections, you would typically go through an inspection process before even installing to indicate to the customer any issues before every laying a piece of film on it so that if those imperfections show up in the install, they aren't blaming you or indicating that it's dirt when you already pointed out the issues ahead of time. This comes back to SOP. With SOP, you have a way to create a positive experience without creating an opportunity for the customer to question what they just bought or the quality of the job.

Sometimes it's difficult especially when u find imperfections during the install and the customers already took a taxi home. I just lay it over top and inform the customer after and most of them are pretty understanding. Can't wait for every customer to come back to have a look.

We were using ASWF EXCEL IRP but got our first bubbling issue from a job installed Oct 2016 and already have many warranty claims from their other films that haven't been paid after months so have just swapped to Suntek CIR and really happy with it. On our heat meter display it out performs the Excel IRP and exactly matches Crystaline, It also installs really well and is less prone to scratching than the Excel IRP.

We have had bubbling issues with Suntek too but at least they pay their warranties straight away.

Does the CIR have the same scratch coating as the carbon
