You can peel crystalline clean with no steam if you pulled it slow and at a 45 degree angle.

Just imagine that everyone on tintdude gets to walk around the vehicle to check it out. Thats what i do. Doesnt matter to me if the car is worth $3 or $30k. They should all be tinted to a certain standard.  I'll redo stuff i know the custy most likely wont notice, cause i never want a customer to doubt my work and bring it to a competetor to check it out.

If the customer is not happy or you would not be happy with it on your personal vehicle, needs to be redone.

Just did an aggressive Facebook ad to boost up our sale before we head off to SEMA.  The phone won't quit ringing.  I can't even keep up.  Been booking appointment all morning.  Maybe this Facebook ad work or maybe it is because 700,000 vehicle just got total loss due to Hurricane Harvey. I would recommend doing this.

takes some serious heat to pop tempered.  I use three different torches for tint, 1 for BG, a mini for touch-ups close to moldings and a triple burner mini if I catch something after I pulled it out.  I smoke, boat and its windproof, love it
I would check your film roll, doubt its the problem, have seen many strange things in film over the years.  the burned one my guess is vandelism, magnifying glass or torch.  have seen rear and sideview melt from reflection off a tinted building.  the other, lawn mower or leaf blower,  check for other nicks on the car.
 
do they work or park same place?  is strange to have 2 back to back.  any more details?

Exactly all this shrink this shrink that lay this. That gasket comes out in no time and then you don't have to tape or anything. Some guys are just stuck in their ways.

put paper towels at the end of whatever tool your using to soak up water...after each pass reposition the towel to keep sucking up water
 

Wait how do u make it work? We use it as a putty to hold the panel tight?

I ditched the bungees real fast way back in the early 90s and just finess/bottom load it and use the bottom of my hands/palms near wrists to push them outward so the film slides in and maybe need abit more slip than normal maybe and slide the front part in 1st on some
 
Takes some practice and most are all 2nd nature to me but i still remove the seals on a few rides
 
But lots of them are 5min installs with no heatgun mostly but occasional small crease from rushing? LoL

Distilled water 2 ounces to one gallon works for me. Spray bottles I don't measure just a heavy squeeze. 

Honestly the equate Walmart brand isn't bad at all...it's like 2.84 for a bottle....my mixture is 1/3 of the bottle for every 4 gallons

The equate stuff is good....I recently found Johnson's baby shampoo at the 99 cents store works amazing...and the shop has a filtered water system

Maybe try a less soapy bottle for bottom half are you using tint slime or dishsoaps dishsoaps makes alot of suds and messes stuff up on sticking if you have way too much soap try slime orange one or baby shampoo get your mix perfect just enough slip so it will dry watch shady and Ralph van pent they soak it up or push it out side ways and gasket wizards are killer they keep seals dry...

i dont know how to tint windows with the gaskets in...

i have never tried them...the 2 guys that showed me had me start by removing gaskets.

I rinse out my tank after each use....scrub once a week I use baby shampoo so I do get build up
