I just had a customer that added on a last-minute sunstrip which I hate offering.  Even though we went up on pricing on sunstrips, I think they are such a waste of time.  I really wished we just stopped offering them but makes no sense to tell a customer no, we don't do those...it would just sound stupid.

Is it creepy that I basically have little foreign car voodoo dolls that I torture?
