I use the clear crush for installing Clear Plex on windshields, but only because that stuff scratches easily. I have to do at least 2 final passes, because it’s so soft. But I’ll take that over having to start over from scratching it any day.

I modified one of those cheap orange Chanel squeegee’s from Home Depot for cleaning back glasses. Made 2 lengths, 
8in and 5in for smaller ones. I like that when you get close to the bottom, you can just slide the Chanel in the direction that works best. Also have a 12in Black n white, to get down further if needed.

Always hated that slider, although at one time I had them down to a science! Not sure how a plotter would do for that one? I always left the outside a bit long and did a second trim on the inside.

I did an 02 F350 today in an hour and a half, whole windshield included. Come down and Ill teach you how to do them sliders. This one had one. 

Those screens aren't really an issue, other than bumping into the hooks.  
 
Panels will flex on the corners with a wedge to move the sweep off the glass on the corners.  
Then just two step it like any other window.  The screens don't create much of a problem.   

Gotta be ready for anything, it really starts to look crazy if you throw in removal chems and cleaners!

@highplains better get on that corny son there was a video I saw awhile back showing the amount of water between a corny and sprayer. Believe it or not the bottle used more. IDK I use both one for super slip and a prep bottle. @Super Dave it's funny I had a guy helping me and gave him the run down on the bottles, totally blew his mind
 

It's not a thing of some films do it and some don't. It is the polarized sunglasses catching light at different angles. Had a lady complain about it once. i explained it was the glasses. then look looked at me and asked "what are you going to do about it"?  People are crazy.
 

Cussed a couple of times....asked God to show me how to do it.....looked at the Mazda 6 back window that was next up and thought to myself hmmm.....I wonder. BOOM!! It worked as my shrink surface upside down tho. 
 

I’m hooked on poly sprayer, I haven’t used a regular spray bottle in years. My copper tunnel thanks me. Lol

Also, my bay smells like "the weed"    and blunt spray.  Don't these fools realize Blunt Spray is a dead giveaway.  The more I sprayed the door panels and the hat rack, the more it smells like pot.     

Thank you all for advice. I did some pressing with card and the bubble got much smaller, so just a dot. I don't want the shop to waste more film just because of this as overall they have done a perfect job.

You don't gotta do the best you can with what you got to work with brotha. If they were brand new and just in the shop it would be one thing. These things have already been ran through the rock quarry so it is what it is. Yabadabadoooooooo!

Good luck bro! I would also like another try at this car again. First time I laid the film front to back and used a combo of the ryk method and normal shrinking to the sides after I trimmed it. I got a feeling that just laying my 60” roll with an anchor straight down the middle and leaving all the excess to pull shrink. It’s a hunch that this method might work better.

stratos has a decent scratch coat, I'm pretty sure I picked up some trash in the car. Only a month old and starting to smell like  sloppy tech nerd living in moms basement I think
