What do you use to hide the very small gap on wood frame windows ?

Not much you can do once you are sure you have trimmed in as tight as you are capable.

Unless of course, you feel like removing the beading around the edge, tinting and replacing?

I warn my customers well beforehand about the necessary gap, and suggest that after the tinting, they get to the outside and run a thin line of paint or varnish along the edge to hide the gap.
