What causes these marks?

I have had three rolls like this that towards the cores it has these marks in it like it twisted or something? Can anyone tell me exactly what the causes this?

I'm pretty sure that happens when they roll&cut from the master and it does twist a little. It's from where they have to attach it to the core and then start rolling. It is usually towards the end of the roll.

Also, if you get a roll that is a little loose. Don't spin it or twist it or anything to tighten it up. It will do the same thing.

Send it back if its expensive stuff and or they warr their product

But you can heat gun it down if necc,,lol

It is due to rewinding tension.

 

The marks start from the extreme left/right of the film when the rewinding tension is too tight.
