To my knowledge it is just NC, some other states may be involved but I don't think it's nationwide. The only exemption I've heard is through "Capital Improvement" and must have applicable form on record from the customer/purchaser or the state will come after you for the $$$. We are still trying to figure it all out. Yeah you better check into it Eastwood. My buddy in PA looked into it and said that it's not applicable for commercial and residential, only auto.
