Morning y'all :hat

 

 

Let's try this again, started my diet :lol:fat weight has been fluctuating about 10 pounds or so. Sitting right at 191 and would like to get bank to 160's. Seems I had the most success with counting calories, so I downloaded that app yesterday. Have been eating reduced calories anyways but kinda nice to see where I'm at.
