Congrats @no ma'am   I was also trying to get something to send when it locked.  

 

Anyway- as I was typing..... @Tint Eastwood  I didn’t think your area had snowbirds?  I though it was all people who love the mountains and stay there?   That and tourist visiting the mountains.

It's a beautiful area if you ever get chance to visit.

A lot more snowbirds than you’d think, but for sure the overwhelming majority is the sunbirds/tourists/transients in the summer. 

 

Fall is big around here too but the gawkers are gone when the leaves are.

I spent about 3-4 months in Asheville building a theater.  Went to the Biltmore and loved running around downtown Asheville.   If it didn’t get so cold, I would like it more.   Plan on doing the Blue Ridge again soon.
