As far as clarity/quality goes they will be on the same level.  Overall heat rejection is almost the same but AIR 80 will block more Infrared Heat...86% versus 68%.  The only difference in warranty is Autobahn films have a transferable warranty to the next owner of the vehicle.  Personally I wouldn't care if the next owner has a warranty or not, but it is a difference.  Lastly, Llumar AIR has been on the market for much longer.  I would not worry about the film as much as choosing the shop that is going to do a better job.  So go with the shop that has the better reputation and the one you feel more comfortable with.

Well thats different for everybody and Ive been doing it so long I dont remember how long it took to build up to two cars plus a day. Be sure to take advantage of the free google site you can claim as your business. Folks google everything nowadays so take the time to set up your page on google and add pictures for visual stimuli. Also YP or Yelp if you have them. Facebook business page is also a great freebie source for advertising. Just keep up posts to get your name out there and they will come. Good luck to you!!

Did a 2019 Charger a few days ago and everything went smooth. I bottom load about 90% of the vehicles I tint but Chargers have never been one of them. 
 
The only thing I noticed that was different was the piece of rubber at the bottom of the back glass. For this reason I cut very close to the dot matrix. Scrubbed the defrost lines with 0000 steel wool and did not get one peanut which was great. Usually I’ll end up with 1 or 2 even after steel wool or wet sanding. 
 
Anywho I reversed rolled it and everything came out really nice. Took me about 2 hours from start to finish.  Also I used Global QDP 35%. 

Wow WTF! I just did one and had to scrap the first backglass piece. It crunch up at the bottom. Turns out there’s a rubber lip at the very bottom center. A lip that’s glue to the glass. Peanuts left and right on this one. After further examination I don’t think you’ll need to take out the rear shelf. Get a good flashlight and your olfa and scrap it off while pushing down on the shelf. I’m going on on my second attempt. The 2019’s are getting bumped up in price for sure!

3M Ceramic IR is one of the easiest 3M films to shrink...much easier than Obsidian, Color Stable,and Crystalline.  So I would first ask, how did you get a hold of 3M Ceramic IR?  The only way would be to get a 3M dealer to sell you it.  Unless you know them, there would be no point of them doing this since they could be dropped form 3M if they were caught.  If you bought it online, that is fake 3M...you can find it all over eBay and other places.  That is just some cheap Chinese film which could be the reason for the difficult installation.

Did this one this weekend. Most well-known bar around Charlottesville experiencing glare and heat issues after a building across the street was demolished. They'll have me do the other side in a few weeks! I love reverse rolling these large panes.

Like DynamicATL said, you will never get the same match on tint as your factory. That's the major problem for consumers when wanting to match the rear portion, it never looks 100% like the factory tinted glass does.

IMO, I would remove the tint and keep it stock.  Why?  Your stock rear windows is colored glass...so you will not find any film that will perfectly match.  It will look closer from the outside looking in, but the inside looking will be completely off.  So the expectation it will perfectly match will not happen.  Not too mention, 3M Crystalline is probably the worst film to attempt to match due to it's unique appearance.  As far as the color hue, 3M Crystalline is brownish in the 20/40 shades, bluish in the 50/60/70 shades, and pretty much clear in 90.  The shop definitely seems like they made some mistakes especially if they put Rayno film on when you paid for Crystalline.  So you will probably be better off trying a different shop that have standard dyed films which are a closer match...Llumar, FormulaOne, Global, XPEL, etc.  However, I honestly feel you will not be happy with any tint based on your post above.
