Great    Got a 15 Grand Cherokee acting stupid.  The horn keeps sounding a constant tone about once every thirty minutes. Lasts about a minute and stops.

I'm tired of people walking thru my apt. It was fun at first... and not really fun... now it's just annoying.  Half the time they expect me to give them a tour.   Just walk around the place. It's 4 rooms. lol

Just a front strip, but it happened as I was installing the front strip.  The amount of water was minimal and none got behind the dash.  

Her horn button on the steering wheel doesn't work at all, so we are assuming that it has something to do with either the clock spring or the air bag and horn button.
