I do that if I don't remember my Plexi peel board. When I have it though it gets placed on the ground propped on the panel in front of me.

That makes for the best transfer possible. Im going to be making a plex li peel board that goes on a easle to prop it up. Ive had the idea for sometime now and recenlty saw a 3m mobile guy in cali that has one.

As long as car is clean boards are better though...can you cut on plexi glass for handcutting ???

I bought a sheet of the lexan or acrylic that Homedepot sells for $100. I find the thin plex will shatter or crack...especially if you score it several hundred times with a knife. lol!! the piece I bought is holding up after over a year. Problem with cutting on it is you are cutting INTO it so you don't have the movement or flexibility you normally would if on glass. Not sure how else to explain it. Hope this helps.
