Just something I have noticed after doing a few 15's and 16's. The auto drop function causes the window not to go up as far as it did when it was new. Passenger side is usually still all the way up where it should be.
anyway,, just stupid stuff I notice.

I have sheets that I use to cover rear decks. I unfold on onto the rear deck then take a slim foot and jam it down to the bottom and make it all nice and neat with excess on each side. I clean rear glass according to the degree it needs. I take a microfiber and wrap a platinum reach and wipe and clean top and edges well. Clean window final time, spray slip solution over entire glass, then unroll left to right my precut film. If it moves to much during this process I use the slim foot to hold it at the bottom. I finish carefully unrolling then pulling the liner off and remain careful not to allow the bottom right hand corner to flip and touch the deck. I then use an 18 inch black and white to make a precurser run over the entire film then use my blue max for final pass. Usually comes out great!

Every time I hear the recording start and it says "Please do not hang up the phone"...... I never hear the "do not" part. It's the craziest thing. All I hear is "Please, hang up the phone"... so I do. 
I pressed one and gave lots of false info for 10 then he turned me over to someone else and I wasted 10 minutes of his time then told them I wasnt interested and hung up

Thats a tough call man! You are in my thoughts and prayers. My adopted daughter called yesterday from North Carolina and her man was called in for duty at the base and she is alone trying to make preparations.
