Tint Slayer got a reaction from quality tintz in window tint bottles which one last longer
Having great luck with Impact's Jr Pump Up, no issues and i drop it left and right. Also have a couple of the older 32oz Spraymaster to keep a bottle of extra slip or cleaner on hand.

Tint Slayer got a reaction from quality tintz in Razor blade or scrubby pad or both?
They seem the same, the blue is like the blue kitchen sponge with scrubber that you can buy in walmart. I tried the blue but it didn't stay together like the white, not like it fell apart but the short time i used the blue i found little specs of it here and there and under the film one time. The white is more solid and doesn't break up. Just my brief experience with the blue, the white doesn't break off little bits like the blue did for me, the blue is for dishwashing so i don't think the need for it's composition to stay intact is as critical as the made for industry white.

thank you for honest answers all of you. I do enjoy everything from detailing, tinting, to anything that relates with cars. I have decided to go with the PDR for now because the boss had me come in for hands on experience and I learned alot during the two hours, it didnt even feel like work. I enjoyed it so much because at the same time you learn to use diff stages of polish, wax so almost similar to detailing auto body. I actually accepted both jobs part time each right now so I can learn more detailing from the dealership and I can implement that all into my work later on.

Tint Slayer reacted to Mr. JB in The best adhesive remover YET!!!!!
I have been tinting for a very long time and I am forever searching for something to make removing glue from rear windows. Well I've found it. you can buy it at AutoZone for $7.99 or at Wal-Mart for $5.75. No more ammonia....Try it you'll see. spray it on, wait 10 minutes then wipe with a scrub pad and paper towels

Here's the 45 fxtreme that metered perfect for you. If all these numbers match up. However your glass could be darker and it may fall below the 40% mark. 50 would be the safe bet but you may be ok with the 45.

Tint Slayer reacted to DOOTINT in Bottom loading bomb drop
Unnecc steps are cleaning the bottom edge after rolling the window up and then trying to tuck the film and having to heatgun almost everydoorglass before or after install
After about 25yrs of gasket wizards? If they scratched the bottom edge of the film? I would be removing or popping every seal instead

Tint Slayer got a reaction from Tint Eastwood in Bottom loading bomb drop
You're like that negative black cloud dude in the shop that likes to make things suck for everybody with useless condescending comments. You also have a bizarre obsession with people's experience.

Definitely the solar fx ceramic. To many reported failures of the rayno. There's a recent thread on rayno I believe.

Tint Slayer reacted to jh812 in Bottom loading bomb drop
seriously man do you think I'm just scratching up all the film and saying oh well? No I actually know different techniques and utilise all of them. I try and actually help here which seems like you just try and start trouble. What's the point of being here if you're just going to criticize everyone?

It's not a gasket wizard on an Unger. Warning do not attempt to make one out of the gallery wizard it will scratch the panel.

Tint Slayer reacted to Ocala in Blue Max or Orange Crush
Never had good luck with the orange crush. It always seemed as if it would try to "skip" across the film and leave marks. Maybe someone can answer if they changed the material to help keep that from happening?

I have learned over the years that your goal should not be to cater to every customer base. You have to be okay when people choose to go somewhere else because they feel you are priced too high. As Jeff said, each and everyone of us dictate the price of our markets. The key is to make sure the customer experience in your shop, the installation quality of your work, the product quality that you offer, and the reputation you build backs up that higher price. You have to give the customer a reason to choose you first before the pricing.
