We will be happy to replace or fix anything we damage, but first it has to be realistic for us to take it seriously.  For example, we did dent a rear quarter panel on a Dodge Challenger that belonged to a customer from another shop.  We took responsibility and the paid for paintless dent repair which it came out perfect.  In the end we still tint for that shop and that specific customer.

I will take responsibility for anything that is ACTUALLY my fault.  Like someone on here said once,  it's only window tint.

BUT = I won't be cheated or taken advantage of.

Had a girl tell me that had placed cameras in her vehicle to video whoever worked on it.  :eyetwitch

There were no cameras, and she never showed up with a video after I told her to show it to me.   That was a fun one,  longer story that I will skip but it was interesting.   :facepalm2
