Agreed. If you charge Joe Blow $99 to tint his car and his friend Mike stops by he's gonna want that same $99 price. It's not something that you're gonna want to have happen.

If you are capable of putting out great work, charge accordingly.

I talked to Jeff from beachcities. Good guy, just by talking to him on the phone, he has already showed me what to watch out for. Definitely going to use him at some point.

That's what I was afraid of with rightlook. You've got one facility listed twice, was there a third one or does beach cities deserve extra consideration?

Here's what I know, these are the top 3 that I'd go to if I were learning again. These are in the best order. I know Techs that have learned and become successful from "rightlook and Dingking" but they are known as training mills and pump out students. I think your desire has a lot to do with weather your succeed or fail in PDR. Good luck in your journey. They will most likely tell you not to practice or buy tools until after training, because no one company makes the best tools. I love ultra dent and dent craft and a few others.

Anything darker than 50% can be too dark.  I had 45% before and it made it seem like overcast outside.  I only do them in 70% CXP which blocks out close to 50% heat. Doesnt have to be dark to get good benefits.

This setup is not Afforable to any tinter or ppf installer unless you run a detailing department. There is another route call CR Spotless that will be the best for you. We pay Culligan monthly around $300 for this system....But it is worth over 10k if you were to buy it.

Im in Houston and we put 2oz of tint slime to every gallon when it is hot and 1oz when it is cooler (which is rare). We only use the orange tint slim....the green one do not work in hot climate.  I have seen the slim do some funny stuff to the adhesive to some film but not with 3M....As for J&J, we use 3oz per gallon when it is hot and we only buy the original and not the off brand.....For some reason the off brand do not work the same as the branded one. We use to have to have to clean our spray nozzle all the time but never had to do it since we got RO water.  Everything slide better with RO (10K - 15K system) water than distill. You are welcome to come get 5 gallon a time of RO water and see for yourself...bring breakfast taco by the way and it is free. You also welcome to come get a few oz of orange slim....
