I had a very angry customer call and tell us that he had streaks on his windows and they cant get it out. Told them to bring it in. The streaks were on the outside and it was just oily residue and just needed to be wiped off. We gave them a free step by step training of how to clean windows.

watch out for the customer....they usually are  (special) people

Won't need felt. Don't remember if that's the current model or previous. I pull tweeters on the front doors on the current one and half peel, the back doors without shades are easy to get the seal out. If it has em just half peel. Think I already did a write up on this

I totally agree. I hate cutting out brake lights, looks much cleaner without for sure. However I always cut them out, unless someone specifically asks me not too. Just trying to cover my ass haha!
 
Utah law says there can’t be any film between the brake light and glass, highway patrol is known to write “fix it” tickets for it. Even though they did away with annual safety inspections, this is something they still enforce on the road. - Lame!
 
I just don’t want someone coming back to me asking me to redo their rear window because they got written up for it.
 

Don't even try it.      You will destroy a soft top that is rather expensive to replace.  
There are generally three option for Jeep soft tops = Clear, 35% tinted or 20% tinted, that come tinted from the factory(built into the plastic) 
Window tint will not work with that type of flexible material and when the glue does adhere it will destroy the soft plastic.  This is a NO!!!  

I guess this is gonna be a thing in Canada....
 

and also not wise to have just one of any important tool, i rarely buy one of anything, especially with shipping costs i try to get as much as i can into one shipment.

Yeah I'm done with the whole feather in the hat thing no parts of me wants anything to do with that. There was one at the glass shop today I do work for they were replacing. Looking at it and if I had film in hand I wouldn't touch it for less than 2k. It just isn't worth it imo.

Guys.   This is standard practice.  Everything y'all are talking about is S.O.P. at every dealership in the nation.  This is how it works and how they make money.  
 
People want everything package together in one big package with one price on all of it.  This is how the dealers accomplish this and still make money.  It's no big deal.  Just keep doing cars for them and make sure you are making money.  Let them do what they want with it after you are done.  If they up the price and get it, fine.  You aren't going to be able to "get over on them" because they double your price after they get the car from you.  
 
edit =  Also, make sure you get paid from the dealership.  This is usually the biggest issue. Get a P.O. # and keep on them for a check.   

Moms cars have a ton of food all around, one car the floor was covered with massive amounts of Fruit Loops, Cheerios, GoldFish and Q-tips (odd amount of Q-tips, i didn't ask). If she got lost in a storm she could survive for a month on the cereal everywhere and french fries between her seat.

This guy asked some of the most annoying things.  Where does the water go after you put it on? Could you keep the ignition off..it’ll kill the battery. Oh and at the end when i was done, That took a while, did you have trouble? Last one i looked at him like i wanted to punch him and he said its been a while since he got tint. Probably just get a shop next year before i beat someone!

Ya know, i thought of this right after i posted. At least at a shop they wont be next to me tinting...i’d make sure of that. Just cant stand people asking stuff when im tinting. 

Main thing I noticed extremely tight getting in back seat. same with 18 camaro.
