The panel just pop off so you can remove the 3rd brake light.  It is remove the same way a BMW 3rd brake light.  Pulled the tab out on each side with a small hook tool.  Every windows on this vehicle will have to be shrink......Good luck on shrinking the front 2 windows. I did this vehicle with 3M Crystalline and it was time consuming.

This car can be done with the spoiler installed. For an experiment I did one in 3 pieces with 2 seams under the spoiler. I cut 2 rear windows on my plotter. From one I used the top section and choose a defroster line that I would use to seam it. I then shrink that top section. I then marked the other piece for the portion I would need from the other piece for the bottom portions. I then shrink this a tad on the cut board. Then I installed and cut seams. The end result was a success. Turned out clean and professional. Saved me an hour. I'll make a video next time.

No you're working backwards. You should be able to use a film that meters right around 40% for an install between 31 to 34, Hope that helps.
 
Nothing compares to any actual meter but by the formula the manufactures use it would be 75x.40=30%. Very rare to see that number land on the actual meter number though so it's always best to have it checked.

I would actually get familiar with disassembling them. Learning what seals you can pull or how easy some panels come off can be very beneficial.

A heat lamp is a great tool to demonstrate what a film can do, but does not necessarily equal the real world as there are many variables missing.  The reason you feel a difference is they punched up the IR Rejection with Stratos...that is the reason for the jump over Pinnacle.  This is the same reason all IR films perform well on a heat lamp...3M Crystalline, Madico Wincos, Dub IR, etc.  The only real world way for you to test is to have your car tinted in each and see which ones performs better to you.  Obviously that would be a lot of wasted money, but honestly the only true way.  In the end, you are overthinking the decision, you are not buying a house.  Simply pick a quality film from a shop that does quality installation.

I tried out the tint tac the other day for the first time. That seemed to be pretty good stuff. If I ever had a problem with j&j I'd probably switch to it.
