I have a bar of soap wrapped in a microfiber and just wet it , soap up glass. let dry and proceed ....

put my soap in a micro back until next time.

the bar of soap I got in Paris France..always reminds me of my vacations when I use it.  ;-)

I dumped all my dealerships !  soo much work out there and I don't need  their stress with all the HEAT cases that they try to keep customer happy by throwing a tint job in for free....I was charging them full price...but getting the p.o. and having the salespeople call with their need it done now timeline !

I tinted many (dealers) cars illegal when I had a shop in the hood......local cops told me to keep on tinting for the dopes!  gives them reason to pull them ...they know who they are...

know many doing time ......they have (had) bags of money but lacked in the brains department.....tried warning them ......

first bump the price up....and tell the owner you will give a discount (back to normal price) if they clean the windows first.....and if there is any dirt .......their fault !

I would have taken a light meter ...turn it on and tell her its an oxygen meter.....get in the back seat with the doors closed  take a minute and come out and tell her the oxygen levels are within industry standards then check the front seats , doors closed and tell her the drivers side is in fact a bit lower than the passenger side for some reason....but all oxygen levels are satisfactory ...then tell her there is a $100 fee for the oxygen service but you will wave it because she is such a good customer.

I'm way too busy to tint vehicles that I do not ENJOY tinting ....I pass on cars like this....send them to the competition for them to fight with

I admitted already that cosmetically its not an issue. I'm trying to prevent it from becoming an issue in the future by fixing it now.

BMW !    I do not tint them ...unless its from a GOOD previous customer....

its not the cars....its the people that own them ....

anyone know the diference between a porcupine and a bmw ? 

also 1973 amc pacer !  always hated those things back in the day ! 4 piece rear side windows.... that was before anyone knew what a heat gun can do.

I use a meter . they are a good investment 

people call and ask my price....I give it to them ....then they ask "can you do any better"?

I just say yes and give them another price about $200 HIGHER .....

they get confused.  then I proceed to say ....oops I thought you meant better better for me ...like they were asking for the higher quality films ?

I send them to the swap shop when they want cheaper tint ....I just let them know I don't have any Walmart tint in stock ....but the swap shop can usually help them 

I use the stapler method. typically don't tint cars with that issue.....only for my regular customers I will and let them know BEFOREHAND that there will be debris in the tint

federal law = cannot cover 3 rd brake light

I always tint over it ..much cleaner look and customer is happier.

I do quite a few big dollar cars...exotics ....doubt the owners would like to see me tint like that .

the dude has to be  a millionaire if he works like that all day
