I stopped in a couple of days ago to post this warning...I don’t do a lot of Nissan’s so am a bit late to the ballgame.  If you do want to remove the brake light, here is the underside of it...just so you know how it releases...approach it from the back side of the light.
 
 

In addition to what was mentioned, I usually give them the example of CSI type shows where the detective is behind a '1 way mirror' watching and how in the room it's bright as day but when they show the hallway, it is always, always dark.

Some people just don't *want* to understand because by understanding it means they can't get what they are looking for. 
 
 

Like Highplains was saying. You need to carry whatever shade is legal in your area, a medium shade and some limo.  And then possibly some windshield film. Your customers will ultimately determine what you stock them most of.

I have to add that with Llumar, you better have the customer base to keep ordering.  If you only order ever now and then and don't spend the amount of money THEY want you to spend, they will pull their film from you or go up on your pricing.  Good with them but be careful.  

Ya gotta pay to play. Stocking your shop to start out is always going to be a hefty investment up front. As far as shades go your market will dictate what you need to carry but I'd seriously consider adding a 15 or 20 to your mix.  In my shop I stock 5, 20, and 35 in a color stable dyed line as well as 5, 15, 20, 35, 55, and 70 in ceramic. I primarily use a plotter to cut so all my film is stocked in 40" rolls and I always have one full roll of film in reserve alongside the open one so I never run out of a given shade.

Exactly.  It wasn’t about what vehicle it is…it’s about the day you are having. Sometimes you have to know what to say when. There is money to be made.

Ladies and gents, what I am looking for is pics of your vehicle signage. I used to be big into vehicle graphics, but have been out for almost 10 yrs since I quit it…and man am I rusty! I just got a new truck and am wanting to get some inspiration! I do automotive and flat glass and am getting started in PPF if it makes any difference, but TBH…I just want some ideas. I will post up pics when I finally settle on something.

Dang! Looks like some things have changed around here! When I went to check this thread, I thought for sure I would have seen a few hotshots with like 6 mos experience saying that they would have done it with zero gaps and zero dust!  Nice to see some realist replies! Way to go guys!

#1 solution.  I think mine cost me about $100 each...
#2 solution.  I have had the same one for over 10 years now...actually...now that I think about it...it may be closer to 15 years... I'm gettin old....

All my dealers are net 30. I have that stated at be bottom of my invoice, right above where they sign the "Received by" line.  Best to work with PO's for charge accounts.  No PO, no getting the car back. 

Interesting....I could count the number of Audi's I have done in my life in one hand.... But what shows up today!?!?

This is exactly right.  I had a competitor in my shop the other day complaining about how all he ever gets to tint is crap jobs.  He has the lowest prices in the city. I told him how to fix it...but I doubt he will listen.
