I dont use microfiber towel anymore. I only use them after tinting is all done. I use the absorber that walmart sells. That elimated all microfiber contamination. I do use a white scrubby to clean top edge and then wipe it with the absorber towel (careful not to push to hard, it will destroy the towel and leave residue). I tried eliminating the wipe down but that created contamination. Like JH said, i also just wipe the squeegee with my hand and that seems to work.

Liberal  high velocity application of Clay bricks or cinder blocks to the exterior surface of the glass will immediately remove the problem .

I would do carbonfx or ultrafx as my dye line. Then i would do IRFX for an upgrade. Ceramic is expensive so i would stick with those two for now and when you get btter and make more, add the FXtreme.

It seems to me most windows are wider then they are tall so you have more area to shrink top and bottom.

You guys read my reply? It has like 50 replies on it. I think he was shitting bricks when I replied on it. He argued with me about every single word that I said instead of paying attention to the main fact. I asked him if flex film flexes on you since its called flex film.

I should probably chime in here before it gets ugly.

I think the thread has pretty much ran its course and everyone has stated how they feel, so before things get out of hand and open hostilities break out, it might be better just to close the thread.

I hope everyone understands and thanks.

So, anyone tinting a 2018 Camry, MAKE SURE you inspect the rear glass very carefully. They are having issues with the defrosters on some cars. Look at the picture...they will literally wipe off with your hand. It's fully warrantied by the dealer. Just looking out for My Jiggas.....

Stewy got a reaction from TintDude in 2017 Subaru Windshield
Its not worth it. Subaru has sent a memo out to all subaru employees to not touch the windshield. It has all kinds of sensors that is very sensitive. I believe it has something to do with the eyesight sensors. Basically if you mess it up it will be around $3500 to $7000 replacement and subaru will not warranty it.
