Long time no see everyone! Hey, my sister contacted me with roll-down glass problems on her Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Before I knew what kind of car she was driving, I told her I could walk her through removing the door panel, 'cause I've done thousands. But I don't remember that one. Can someone show me a pic or let me know how to remove that panel please? I hope everyone has been doing well despite this economy. It is making me happy that I went to part-time tinting only. I imagine people aren't spending as much $$ on this type of stuff.

custy came in wanting to have his car done. I have never done a conv. before. I went out and looked at it and it looks like the cloth material runs right up to where you would put the tint on the top and bottom. does this just consist of cutting straight lines or is there just enough room to hide the tint edge between the material and the window?

Guys & Girls I am having my 2008 Chrysler 300 Touring Black on Black tinted. The shop will be using Johnson Window films what percent would you recommend? I am thinking of going with either 35 or 30%. Please advise on the film and what would look good. I currently have 40% on my silver 300, but its not dark at all. Thanks T

I tinted one today and had a slight problem with the side window. After shrinking I put it on then in about 5-10 min a bunch of tiny finger started to pop up. I used my triangle and got most of then but it took a long time and a lot of heat. Is there a secret to reduce the finger amounts??

did one of these today also...really really nice car..and fast as hell..not that I would know seals come out easy on the doors... back glass...The third brake like should be taken out...really tight behind it..couldnt even get my bull dozer behind it so..that means you have to take the back deck out... fold back seats down..one single pop in the center of back deck you have to take the side cushions off the back seat to get the deck out...10 mm bolt half way down on a bracket coming off it...easy to find...now the tricky part...to get the cushion out..pull back on the top of the cushion..and there will be something holding the cushion in place...it is a metal clip.…

I pulled the front glass right out and what a difference it makes to doing these cars.....simple. No edge no matter how slight on the verticals and no felt dirt. Rears you only have to pull the rubber. Makes them a total treat but don't be afraid to offer something different at more cost therefore more profit. Devil

Those things are in the way bigtime. I recently did one and I couldn't lay the seats down because an amp was bolted to the back of the seat, so I had to work around them.

anyone do front doors on one of these? the door panels MUST come off...the damn seal is smashed up against the glass like a muther shucker. fortunately they only put 2 screws in the panel and it pulls straight off. the seal at the bottom of the glass is some 'molded plizznastic schnizzdiggle' with a 'felt flap' on the side towards the glass...really weird looking thing, but it came apart really easy. just sucked that I couldnt weasel some film down there just a heads up

Concord Tint...

hey guys, you guys here seem to know what your talking about so I've come to with a question. I don't tint, but my buddy wants to get my Concord tinted and I know nothing about what would look good on it. It's a Gold Concord LXi with the mag wheels. Now I'm going to sound stupid here but just ignore my ignorance please. I've seen different tint types on different cars, but I can't remember seeing a Concord tinted ever. But I was wondering if you all thought the Silver to Black tint would look good on it. Or maybe just the regular tint. Or maybe there's something out there that I don't know about (more than likely). I live in Massachusettes, and from what I hear the tin…

Any tips on the concorde. I have put plenty of electric sunroofs on these and if I remember correctly, the back glass might be pretty difficult. Thanks for the tips if any..
